    Will the spreadsheet work in Google Sheets or Numbers?
    It's built in Excel and uses standard formulas, so it imports into Google Sheets cleanly. Numbers users may see minor formatting differences but the diagnostic logic works. If you're a heavy Google Sheets user and want a native version, reply to the welcome email and we'll sort it.
    How is this different from the free templates on the internet?
    Most free templates are static — they look pretty but don't tell you anything. The Pipeline Health Check has a live diagnostic engine that reads your data and writes plain-English findings (Critical, Warning, Healthy) on six different leak indicators. It's the diagnostic logic, not the template, that does the work.
    I'm a solo founder, not running a team. Will this still work?
    Yes — most of the playbook is written with both founders and leaders in mind, with specific notes for solo operators. The appendix includes a "Monthly board pack for solo founders" template designed for people who don't have a board to report to.
    How long does it take to actually use?
    The spreadsheet takes about 30 minutes to set up the first time. The playbook is a 60-minute read and then 90 days of running the actual programme. Don't expect to read it in one sitting and have everything fixed. Expect to read it, run it, and come back to chapters as you need them.
