Based on the audit, we select 3 to 5 tools specifically suited to your business, team size, and workflow. We explain exactly why each tool was chosen and what it will replace or augment.

Implementation

Team Training and Handover

Hands-on training with the people who will use the tools every day. Not a walkthrough of features, a session built around your specific workflows so the team leaves confident, not cautious.

AI Implementation Report

A written record of what was built, how it works, and why. Includes tool documentation, integration notes, and a maintenance guide the team can follow without needing to call anyone.

30-Day Post-Sprint Check-in
