The Blueprint builds the revenue, operations and AI systems that New Zealand businesses run on. Based in Christchurch and operated by James Funnell, we work with SME founders and business leaders nationwide.

• Growth Diagnostic: When you complete the Growth Diagnostic, we collect your business name, email address, and your responses to the diagnostic questions.
• Contact form: When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the message you send.
• Email correspondence: If you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence.

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal information, or any data beyond what is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver our services.

How we use your information

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry or follow up on your Growth Diagnostic results
• To deliver our services if you engage with us
• To send relevant information about The Blueprint if you have requested it

We will never contact you with unsolicited marketing or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

What we will never do

• Sell your information to any third party
• Share your information with any other business, partner, or organisation
• Use your diagnostic results for any purpose other than helping you

Third party services

We use a small number of trusted third party tools to operate our website.

None of these services have access to your diagnostic results or personal correspondence, and none are authorised to store or use any information you provide.

Data retention

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to deliver our services or respond to your enquiry. If you would like your information removed from our records at any time, simply contact us and we will action this promptly.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time
